个人简介

王伟，武汉大学外国语言文学学院英文系本科、硕士毕业，现为湖北省翻译协会会员，主要教授“综合英语”、“英语阅读与写作”、“欧洲文化入门”等课程，担任湖北省一流线上课程“英语阅读与写作”课程负责人，主要研究方向为应用语言学和中西文化比较。以第一作者身份在国内外各级刊物发表论文多篇，主编著作1部，译著1部，教材2部，参编教材2部，主持教育部产学研项目一项，校级项目多项。曾获2015-2016校级优秀教学奖，2018-2019年度校青年岗位能手，2020年度校优秀导师，2023-2024年度校先进工作者。近年来指导学生参加各项专业学科竞赛，先后获得国家和省级各级奖项二十余项。

Wang Wei holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from English Department of the School of Foreign Languages and Literature, Wuhan University. He is currently a member of the Translators Association of Hubei Province. He primarily teaches courses such as “Comprehensive English,” “English Reading and Writing,” and “Introduction to European Culture.” He serves as the course leader for “English Reading and Writing,” a Hubei Provincial first-class online course. His main research interests lie in applied linguistics and the comparative study of Chinese and Western cultures. As the first author, he has published multiple papers in academic journals both domestically and internationally. He has also edited one scholarly work, translated one book, authored two textbooks, and co-edited two additional textbooks. He has led one industry-university collaboration project funded by the Ministry of Education and several university-level projects. He has received multiple honors, including the University Excellent Teaching Award in 2015-2016, the Young Scholar Excellence Award in 2018-2019, the Outstanding Supervisor Award in 2020, and the Advanced Individual Award in 2023-2024. In recent years, he has guided students in various professional discipline competitions, resulting in more than twenty national and provincial-level awards.
