个人简介
汪桂芬,曾就读于华中师范大学英语语言文学专业,并在该校获得学士及硕士学位。工作期间,曾以高级访问学者身份前往国内外多所高校访学进修,包括英国杜伦大学、美国拉塞尔大学。担任湖北省翻译协会医学翻译协会委员。目前,是国家一流课程《英语语法》主讲教师,学校一流课程《英汉互译》负责人,并同时承担《非文学翻译》、《翻译批评》等研究生课程。曾主持湖北省教育科学规划课题、湖北省高等学校省级教学研究项目、湖北省人文社科项目等三项,武汉工程大学教学研究项目多项。在省级学术期刊发表论文二十余篇,出版译著二部,副主编教材三部,荣获湖北省教学成果三等奖,武汉工程大学教学成果奖一等奖、三等奖等多项,获得武汉工程大学教学优秀奖二等奖多项,指导学生获得国家级、省级英语学科竞赛及英汉翻译大赛多项。

English resume:
Wang Guifen received her BA and MA degrees in English Language and Literature from Central China Normal University. During her professional career, she has conducted research and advanced studies as a senior visiting scholar at a number of universities both at home and abroad, including Durham University (UK) and La Salle University (USA). She is a member of the Medical Translation Committee of Hubei Provincial Translators’ Association. At present, Wang is a lecturer for “English Grammar”, a national first-class undergraduate course, and the person in charge of “English-Chinese Translation”, a university-level first-class course. She also teaches postgraduate courses including “Non-literary Translation” and “Translation Criticism”.
She has presided over three provincial-level projects funded by Hubei Provincial Educational Science Planning, and Hubei Provincial Humanities and Social Sciences Research Program, as well as a number of teaching research projects at Wuhan Institute of Technology. She has published more than 20 academic papers in provincial-level journals, two translated works, and co-edited three textbooks as deputy editor-in-chief.
She has won Hubei Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, Wuhan Institute of Technology Teaching Achievement Award, and several Wuhan Institute of Technology Excellent Teaching Award. In addition, she has supervised students to win numerous awards in national and provincial English competitions and English-Chinese translation contests.
